Function: The temperature control valve core extends and contracts according to the principle of thermal expansion and contraction to adjust the changes in the oil channel formed between the valve body and the shell, control the proportion of lubricating oil entering the oil cooler, and ensure that the rotor temperature is within the control range. It is the original component that controls the outlet temperature of the machine head to be no less than 68°C.When the oil temperature is low, the temperature control valve is closed, and the lubricating oil is directly sprayed into the machine head without passing through the cooler to quickly heat up, so that the outlet temperature of the machine head rises rapidly, preventing condensed water in the compressed air from forming in the oil cylinder.

Common faults: If the temperature control valve fails, it may cause abnormal oil temperature control, which in turn affects the head outlet temperature, causing the temperature to be too high or too low, affecting the normal operation of the air compressor.
