Some of our company's products are made of glass fiber materials with higher filtration accuracy. Compared with ordinary hydraulic filter paper (ordinary wood pulp filter paper is limited to the thickness of its wood pulp fibers, the filtration accuracy is not high, while glass fiber's fibers are more fine, so it can achieve higher filtration accuracy), the glass fiber material has higher filtration accuracy and stronger pressure resistance.

  1.  Filter paper is the most important filter material. Glass fiber filter paper is a filter material with the characteristics of good isotropy, uniform pore size distribution, small quantitative deviation, heat resistance, flame retardant, water resistance, and large dirt holding capacity.

  2.  Glass fiber filter paper can be used to make frame filters and pleated filter elements, which can effectively filter gases, inorganic solutions, oil, etc.

  3.  Glass microfiber filter paper can withstand temperatures up to 500°C, so it can be used for specific gravity analysis and high-temperature gas filtration that require burning.

  4.  Glass fiber filter membrane has the characteristics of high flow rate, higher filtration efficiency, strong dirt holding capacity, and can filter fine particles.

  5.  Glass microfiber filter paper has a capillary fiber structure and can absorb more water than equivalent cellulose filter paper. It is an ideal pre-filtration product.
