Iron mesh

The filtration system of the screw air compressor plays an important role in maintaining the performance and efficiency of the screw air compressor. Specifically, there are three main filters, namely air filter, oil filter and oil separator. Iron mesh is an important part of the filter.

The iron mesh adopts the spiral middle mesh, which has the excellent performance of wide peeling and low resistance, longer service life, less loss to the machine, and more stable performance.

a)The oil and gas separator adopts the spiral tube technology, so that the width of the strip can reach 137mm, which can play the role of the spiral mesh to a greater extent.

b)The hole area of the iron mesh increases, the resistance decreases, the pressure difference is lower, the working efficiency is faster and more stable.

c)The width of other brands' middle mesh bars is only 90mm, but our middle mesh bars have a width of 137mm.
