Filter Material

The filtration system of the screw air compressor plays an important role in maintaining the performance and efficiency of the screw air compressor. Specifically there are three main filter, the air filter, oil filter and oil separator. Filter paper is an important part of the filter.

a)Imported high-pressure air filter material has the characteristics of smooth surface, low weight, fine fiber, ultrafine fiber, and small pore size.

b)The pore size of the filter material is smaller, denser, and more overlapping layers; higher efficiency, more stable performance, more dust collection, and longer service life.

c)Under normal working conditions, the amount of entrained oil is ≤3mg/m3, and the initial pressure is 0.02MPa.

Other suppliers’ oil inclusions are usually 5mg/m³ or even higher, and the initial DP is also higher by 0.02MPa.
